2. Cancellation & Refund Conditions
- Project-Based Services: If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued. Once work has started, refunds will be assessed based on the percentage of work completed.
- Subscription-Based Services: Cancellations require at least 30 days’ notice. Refunds for unused service periods are not guaranteed.
- Non-Refundable Services: Completed work, domain registrations, and digital products are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
